My name is Tiaki Wirihana ( Wilson)and I am searching for information on my great grandfather Erueti Wirihana(Wilson)
whom resided in or around Mahia in or around the early 1700 to 1800 where he married and had a son by the same name,
Erueti Wirihana, who was my grandfather. Married my grandmother Emere Naomi Wirihana.Nee Tiahe or Chase, of Moawhango
Taihape New Zealand at Moawhango.
Erueti and Emere resided in Moawhango and gave birth to four children,the youngest being my father,before moving to
Ngamotu, Wairoa, Hawkesbay.
I am at a loss as to whether my great grandfather actually moved to Moawhango with his wife KAA Waiaua or Waihaki, or not
My grandmother actually whakapapa back to Ngamotu through the Chase line and Paretuhara.
The Chase whanau are huge and I am proud to be part of that.
