My husband was born on Manatoba Canada and was adopted by a family in M0. He was born on July 20 1969. He was told by his foster mother to his adopted mother that he was a descendent of Chief Sitting Bull. His birth mother's name is Mary McKay (from Manatiba). He was told his is full Lakota Sioux HunkaPapa. He did not have information about his father. My husband's birth mother was 15 or 16 when Jay was born. His birth name was Daniel. I know there was a lot of feed from Smitty911 about Chief Sitting Bull. Jay does not have enough information to register with the tribe. He is willing to have DNA testing done. Please notify me if you have information. Jay would like to find siblings and truth about Great Grand Father (Sitting Bull?). Thank you Joni McFee.
