Finding someone during Influenza Outbreak in 1918

Journal by Cindy90

My grandmother, Effie Mary Silver, and her brothers, Lenny Silver and Roy Silver had become orphans. They had to go stay in an Orphanage for a few years, in Spartanburg, SC, USA. My grandmother was born Jan.27,1908, so she was 10 years old when both parents had passed away. This was during the Influenza Outbreak in 1918. I am not sure of where,or what I need to be looking for. Please, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Always look first at FamilySearch then see if names appear in family trees at RootsWeb scroll down to FamilyTrees WorldConnect, click on Search Family Trees and you will see a global search box.

Found a couple of Roy Silver/s that died South Carolina on LDS FamilySearch site.
