Frank Olander Falor, Sr. was a drifter born around 1867 who worked as a typesetter for newspapers. He would leave one job to work somewhere else if it meant a nickel more an hour. He married at the age of 52 to a 26 year old Annie Carpenter in 1914 in Laurens, SC.
Frank is rumored to have died in a train wreck due to a flooded area in either Alabama or Mississippi.
My great Aunt Essie Falor's birth certificate has Frank, Sr. born in New York. My grandmother Margaret Falor Rhodes's birth certificate has Ohio.
It was told that Frank Falor, Sr. had a sister named "Natalie". Could the name have been "Nellie"?
