HI: I am Audrey Buhrdorf working on my husbands side. His great grandmother is Wilhelmina Dorothea Bock Came to America in ab 1869. Working for a family in 1870 in Bloomington, ILL. Married her man William Pflughaupt Nov 1871. They lived in Bloominigton area for first couple of childrens birth, then on to Eastern Nebraska near Seward, where he died Oct 1923, she in Jan 1930.
We have a complete block here, except there are pictures in the family. One believed to be Otto Bock - Confirmation and one with his wife - He was a Lutheran School teacher in the Chicago area and a son, Otto went on to become a Judge serving in the Denver, Greeley Colorado areas. He was born in 1881 in Wisconsin.
If anyone has any information I would really appreciate some input. Will share the pictures.
A great grandma who has been smitten by Genealogy, and computers are quite challinging to say the least. Live in the land of the Outfitter, Cabala's - Sidney, NE
