A very pretty wedding was celebated at the Baptist Church, East Oxford, Easter Monday, the contracting parties being Miss G. Hitchcox Gertrude Amelia (1871-1963) and Mr Foster Edgar (1870-1938).
The bride wore a very becoming dress of white silk with veil and orange blossom.
The two bridesmaids (sisters of the bride) wore pretty pale blue nunsveiling dresses, hats to maatch.
The brides mother wore a handsome black costume.
The church was crowded with relations and friends. The Rev. WAGSTAFF performed the ceremony.
The brides parents entertained large number of friends at their resiudence Queen Street.
