I have for ten years been trying to trace info on Charles B 1806 &Ann Gillard Nee Hemings. b.Topsham From Exminster &Exeter .Married at St Mary StepsExeter.in 1832
Their Children Ellen.b.1832.Eliza.b1837.Frank.b.1839(Famous Huntsman belvoir hunt ) Robert.b1841. Charles.b1845.George.b1848 * From whom I am descended through his son Frank. George. m Hannah Goodwin b.1853 at Brightlingsea .living in1881at The Plumbers Arms Victoria london. chidren are Annie .b1874. Kensington m. William. ?.George.b1877. Kensington Walter.b1879 Stockwell.Dighton. b1881.The Plumbers Arms.Victoria.M.Rhoda Crossley. *Frank.b1888.Peckham. m *Louisa Annie Pedrick b.3/01/1889.on 11/10/1908 at St Johns Church Newington Southwark.They were my grandparents. Also Dawson b.1890 although no trace of him 1901 census perhaps he died in infancy.
My interest started when i traced my Grandfathers War record. 1914/18.From a couple of photos of him and a friend in RFA. uniform. also my Mothers anecdotes about her Family. I would love to find out if the friend was a relative . Also more info on Uncle Dighton & Auntie Annie .
