Descendants of Albert and Biddie Merriweather. The old name was spelled Meriwether.
Anybody related? The family was out of Ft. Deposit, Alabama "Sandy Ridge"
I am trying find out what happened to my granny sister in law, her name was Annie Mae Merriweather III and she was married to my granny brother Jim Press Merriweather. My granny name is Georgia Vandella Merriweather.
Jim was a sharecropper in Lowndes County Alabama. I trying to solve that mystery of his wife.

He was a mulatto. all Green Gray kids by each wife were PRESTON,OLLIE,ETHER,EVANLINA,ROOSEVELT,MORRIS OR SPELLED MARIE,JAMES. LULA MARRIED A MCQUEEN BEFORE GREEN GRAY.
