Talofa everyone! I am amazed, excited and proud to be reading through the wealth of information y'all had written about our Schwenke family.
My father is the late Rev. John Schwenke, son of William or Willie Schwenke, son of John Schwenke, son of Julius Schwenke. My grandfather William's first wife was Fuatino Fatialofa of Lepa, Aleipata, is my father's mother,along with his 2 brothers Jesse of Vaimoso and younger brother Mac.of Dunedin, NZ.
It is so amazing how we've never met each other, yet the names that keep poppin' up with the Schwenke family are all being used everywhere.
My grandfather William re-married Tinou Salu(Leiato) of Palauli Savai'i, and had our 2 aunties, Elsa Vaeluaga and Lucy(deceased at young age).
Our family grew up in Alamagoto, where we heard much stories about our great-grandfather John and great-grandmother Selepa. I've seen some posts from some of our immediate descendants, and know a little about anyone wanting more information about Alamagoto Schwenke's.
