My husband and parents lived in Denison Iowa for many years. In 1956-'58 he attended boarding academy in Nevada, just 8 mi from Ames!
In 1956 his parents moved to Seward Alaska where his father was the administrator and anesthestist at the TB Sanatorium. His mother was teacher for the little native children that were patients there.
For the last 35 years we have lived in a small town close to Rocklin and do most of our shopping in Rocklin. Our two grandchildren were born in Yreka and our grandson will soon be attending Humbolt college. We visit Ft Bragg often!
