Hodgins from Plymouth Devon

I am researching the Hodgins family from Plymouth in Devon. In particular my husbands father and close relatives. Mainly because it was such a large family and also because I am searching for his half sister whom he only found out about 17 years ago. Her name was Audrey Valentine Hodgins. She was known as Valentine and married into the family Willcocks in Newton Abbot area. As far as I can tell she passed away in 1988 but I am unable to trace her husband or any records of her marriage or any siblings she may have had. If by chance anyone reads this and knows of any information no matter how little please contact me via this site.

Join up as a free member, I recommend to everyone that they have the same username as on here in case another researcher is looking for them. Check out the links available in the resources section. Post a new topic (like a journal here) and see what happens.
Also, have you tried your local LDS Family History Centre? FamilySearch.org - Family History and Genealogy Records
Another avenue of tack would be to see if you could access local newspapers via the library and/or old newspapers.
Check through the links at rootschat / Devon childboard to see if there are resources for maybe a cemetery/grave search online etc.
