in search of Charles Dodge

this is all I know of mr Dodge.
He married Stella or Estella Marshal' they had a son Theodore W. Dodge (sr) who had my Father Kenneth Paul Dodge. Theodore was born in 1898. His sister Iren Dodge was born in 1901/ and their brother Herber Grenville Dodge was born in 1896. the family bible list Charles Dodge as father of the children and that's all we have to go on any information would be grate. Were from Nebraska so its Dodge county Douglas county and Madison county that many of the other family members live in. IF anyone can help please...

In the above census it has Theodore Dodge's Father's Birthplace: Indiana in 1900 Virginia
From the above it would appear that Stella married John Hogan in abt 1902.
noggin on 2014-07-11 05:19:08Estalla and Charles married in Year: 1895 according to the 1900 census and I assume Charles died around 1901/2 in Nebraska. Not sure where he was born Indiana or Virginia
I cannot find a death registration or a marriage reg.
I am based in the UK so not sure where to find these in the USA or what is listed on them. These might be the key to finding Charles parents.
