I believe he came from Scotland and married Mary Carson which I said before. They had 6 children. One of their children James married Ann (I can't read her maiden name). They had 9 children: Robert (1790-1881), James, Mary Anna (who died young), John, Mary Anna, William, Jane, David, and Adam ( who also died early). John, William,and David went to American. Robert married Helen Clark (1790-1891) and they had 9 children:Jane (1825-1891),Mary Anna (1826-?),William (1828-1872) who was a Presbyterian Minister in Ireland my great-great grandfather married Mary McKee, James, Helen, Elizabeth, Isabella (who died in 1860, Matilda, and another girl I believe but am unable to read the handwriting. Robert's brother James married Jane and they had 4 children: Alexander (died), James and Adam went to America, and Robert. I have more information further down but will stop here. If someone can help me fill the dates I would greatly appreciate it.
