John and Martha Churchill

Journal by grouchy58

I am looking for my greatfathers parents. My greatgrandfather was born 1848 in Canada and his parents were John and Martha Churchill and that is all I know about them. My great grandfather was James and was married to Emma Rosina Blake Churchill.
I believe John and Martha were from Canada but not sure, so I will take ANY info anyone might have

I am sorry to say but the way you have this written is very confusing.
If you can name some names of any children than this will help others to connect to your family. Are you working your way back...from your parents, to grandparents, to great grandparents and looking at the records that connect them? I suggest looking at census records.
You can find some of them on familysearch.org

Best wishes in your research.

Yes, that is what I am doing.
Lester Churchill was my garndfather. James Churchill was his father and John Churchill was James's father.
James had the following children. Edson, Edith and James. All 3 were born in Canada and on the 1880 Census it showed them in Tarkio, Atchison, Missouri. Then they move to Kansas.
I need info on John who I think was born in Canada abt 1818 and on the 1870 census was living in Bloomer, Chippewa, Wisc.
Is this better??

Yes, this is better. I hope that someone who is connected to this family will see your post and will be able to help your further.

Sometimes you need to be a bit patient for answers.
