John worked in Wellington for a time on the railway construction over the Rimutaka Hill. He later moved to Masterton where he was in sawmilling. Later he moved to Christchurch and worked at the Railway Workshop as a fitter
John Cade died 20 July 1920 aged 67, at Island Bay, Wellington & buried Plot 106F, Ch Eng2 at Karori
Mary Ann Casw died 3 July 1923 aged 69, in Christchurch & buried Plot 203, Block 30 at Bromley cemetery

. Frank was born in Thames, Coromandel to James Walter Moyse & Ann Mitchell who arrived in Dunedin in the 1880s. Moved up to Thames in the 1890s and changed their name from Moyse to Ann's maiden name Mitchell (go to the link).
Frank served in WWI as Bombardier Second Lieutenant, 2/112, 38th Reinforcements, New Zealand Field Artillery, NZEF from 1914 (He was fined in the Nelson court 5s for having failed to render personal service in 1912, a breach of the Defence Act). He was a Butcher at 25 Avon street, Christchurch when he enlisted in 1914. His mother Ann/Annie, (Mrs Frank Walter Mitchell) was living in Grey Lynn, Auckland in 1915 when he was wounded in the thigh, she was later c/o Island Bay House, Island Bay, Wellington. Frank was awarded the Military Cross in 1918
Lillian died 22 Aug 1975 aged 79
