JOHN HOARE (Convict)
I am descended from John Hoare born abt 1778 in County Wexford, Ireland. He was a convict coming to Australia on "Canada" in 1801.
He married Elizabeth Amelia Love on 10/7/1809 in Sydney.
Their daughter Elizabeth married James Rixon on 27/8/1833.
Would like to make contact with other relatives.

I am also a direct descendent of John Hoare - through my mother who was Ruth Elizabeth Hore (1919-2007), she was a daughter of Thomas Patrick Hore(1885-1953), who was a son of William Patrick Hore(1853-1926), who was a son of William Hoare(1824-1890), who was a son of John Hoare (1777-1862).
Yes we are related as Elizabeth Hoare and William were brother and sister. Do you want any info or do you have your line done?
I have done my line down to me but have bits on the other lines from brothers and sisters OF Elizabeth and William Hoare.
Keep in touch, Carolyn
Hi Carolyn,
I also have my line down to myself, but going back the other way I stop dead at John Hoare. Does your tree go back any further than John?
The Hore/Hoare families in my line were prolific breeders - my mother Ruth had 6 children, and she was one of 12 children, and her father Thomas P was one of 11 children, and his father William P was one of 3 children, and his father William was one of John Hoare's 11 children.
To add to that - my father was the last born of 13 children.
Don.
Dear Don,

Hi Carolyn, Don, Hewie & cjs,
I am also a descendent of John Hoare - through my late Grandfather Harold Edgar Hore. I also was unable to go back further than John even with the help of a researcher.
