i am trying to find out what happened to winifred emma mary gentleman when her mother died in 1902, i have found out that her father left tasmania and went to melbourne. i dont think that he took her with him. possibly her paternal grandfather in ulverstone, who at one time was her guarian. she attended ulverstone primary school and may have gone to devonport secondary school. if anyone knows what happened to her between the time her mother died and when she married my grandfather spencer samuel amber in adelaide 19 may 1928, i would like to hear anything they could tell me
