Elijah Larabee living in Illinois in 1850

I am trying to find the ancestors of Elijah Larabee (Laraby, Larby, Larrabee) living in Illinois in 1850. One of his marriages was to Eliza Willis in Illinois in 1844. His children were William,born about 1836, married Mary Ellen McDow, Venton (Vinton, Benton) born about 1843, married Amanda Wade, and Maria, Born about 1842, married John Stump. Any information will be appreciated, I have been unable to find out the name of the childrens' mother, or who Elijah's parents and relatives were.

I am interested in the Mary Ellen McDow and I would like to know if she was married to William Larabee (born @1836, you do not state where he was born?). Did they marry & remain in IL? I would appreciate the names of their children?

Charlene, William was born in Ulster Co. NY. Mary Ellen McDow was the oldest daughter of John McDow, an abolishinst living in illinois. Mary was born about 1837. Their children were Nora and Edward Henry. Nora married a man named White. The son married a woman from Virginia, had two children and she died when the second was born. Their children were William Marley and Gussie Larabee. Mary and William lived in Kansas briefly, but went back to Jersey Co, Ill, where they both died.
