Looking to make contact with others with a connection to this JOHNSON family in Scottsdale in Tasmania, Australia. They are linked to my BRANSDEN Family.
I have ROSANNA JANE BRANSDEN Born 1885 at GAWLER, Tasmania Married in 1902 to Thomas Charles JOHNSON.
They had 10 children

3. LESLIE JAMES JOHNSON ~ Born 1906 Married to Doreen Sylvia UNKNOWN. They had 6 children, names unknown.
4. VERA VICTORIA JOHNSON ~ Born 1909 Married to William Arthur Brown
They had 9 children
5. CHARLES WILFRED JOHNSON ~ Born 1911
6. THELMA GLADYS EILEEN JOHNSON ~ Born 1915 Married Unknown GRIFFITHS
7. BERNARD DOUGLAS JOHNSON ~ Born 1917 KIA 1944 at NEW GUINEA
8. RUBY MAY JOHNSON ~ Born ? Married to Henry Joseph Allen Brown. They had 4 children
9. LIONEL RONALD JOHNSON ~ Born 1923 Married to Patricia UNKNOWN.
10. FREDA JOYCE JOHNSON ~ Born 1925/26 Married to Russell Charles Brown. They had 5 children

tasreader on 2007-12-11 22:58:11I'm fairly sure the 9th child Lionel had a daughter (his eldest) who was married to my eldest brother (now deceased). Her name is Winsome. Lionel had I guess 4 or 5 other children (one of them called Bransden as firstname which makes me think its the family you ask about) and that family lived at Scottsdale.
Lionel died a long time ago but Pat still lives and their children - Winsome, Judith, Bransden, Margaret, Timothy most of them with their own families.

I'm not sure of Lionel's wife's name but Pat sounds right. Her surname was James and I think she now lives at George Town Tas.
