Looking for William and Mary Chambers marriage in co.Laois Ireland. circa 1800 to 1818

Query by woodnut

The family lived in the Clonaslee,Mountmellick area of Co.Laois.William and Mary Chambers were the parents of my great grandfather Bernard who was born c.a.1819-24. There was also another child Dan who was born in 1825 in Rosenallis. Whilst I basically have Bernards life traced up to date there are no doubt other children of William and Mary somewhere, but parish records in Ireland are few and far between. Bernard joined the army and fought in the Mutiney, gaining a medal for that event. He married Abigail Burke(widow) nee Mahoney in 1861 in Cork City, and the couple had fourteen children..including Michael John who was my grandfather. Michael also joined the army and eventually ended his service on the Isle of Wight in 1903 where he married and had several children; his wife died in childbirth and also the youngest child, thus leaving Michael to look after the eldest child Rose. He remarried in 1914 to Helen Elizabeth Knight of Froxfield,Hampshire.
