Martha Macy was my aunt and she was married to Lloyd so more of a by marriage relationship.

biggin is my half sister and mokemanrose is my 1st double cousin. Lloyd's brother Floyd, married my mom's Sisters Anna. I just learned last week that Kathy Spanyers Honeyman at the age of 38 passed away back in Aug 11, 2010.

Hi, sadly she did pass, we all miss her a lot. She did a lot of research on the line but I don't know what happened to her work. I wish I could offer you more but what I have here is about it. Kathy was my 1st cousin, as I said her mom was my aunt (sister of my father)

I have not laid eyes on my siblings for over since before my Grandfather Frank passed away. I know that Diane and Kenny have passed on, but I do not know where or if Raymond, Cathy, or Marilyn are or even if they are still alive.
My heart aches and my eyes burn with tears from the anguish I feel each and everyday that I live for not knowing where they are or if they are even alive. This pain I feel, is such that I would never curse it, on even my worse enemy. No words could ever describe the VOID I feel. I came here looking for some my siblings and closure in my life. "Rock Valley" (Sioux Valley) may have a meaning to kpauley. How is Rob?

Yes Kandy was Martha's Daughter, Kathy's half sister. Kandy is not related to me by blood where as Kathy Jo was. She was my half sister. Last I heard Kandy was working up in Montana as an Air Traffic Controller. Frank was my Grandfather he died just after my birthday in 1967. I am the Oldest Living Descendant Of Lloyd John Spanyers. I assume you are related to Martha and not to Lloyd. I am so glad I was stopped back here. I sent an email, to the email address left by kpauley. Not sure I will get a response. I noticed I miss typed my email address in my first post here. I Was so excited that I could actually contact my siblings, I never noticed.

Yes, Martha was my aunt on my father's side, Kathy & Kandy are my cousins.
I know your family was split up in many directions, Kathy was very excited when we connected via Ancestry.
If you tell me your name I will contact Kandy and see if she has any helpful information for you but I don't do so blindly as you can understand.

After dad ran off and disappeared,and it became apparent to my mom that she would not get us kids back, mom committed suicide on my brothers birthday. That was the last time I saw my brother Kenny, it was at mom's funeral, and now he has passed on too. I used to be angry at my dad for running off and naming his new kids after us, and himself. Hit me hard that I had a half brother with my name. It took me years to reconcile my anger and emotions. Now all that no longer matters to me in my life. I have never been able to fill the void and pain of missing my brothers and sisters. I know that I am not alone in these feelings. There are countless others from similar circumstances that come to boards, looking for their siblings. You learn the hard way that these pay sites are a scam that prey on folks wanting to locate their family members. This internet is not all it's cracked up to be, when it comes to locating family siblings. Sealed records, names changed, time passed , all make it hard, but you never really give up. They say obsession is a trance of death, I i think not having closure is worse. I have been blessed, because I have a wonderful wife soul mate, friend, lover and family member of 20+ years. We got married December 7th (the day they Bombed Pearl Harbor), and we are still love each other as much now as we did when we first met. I think what happened in my youth has a lot to do with this. Thank You for your time. I am fairly confident Kandy can't help, with me locating my siblings from my mom.

But I can tell you that Kathy passed away 2 years ago, I believe Marilyn is still alive, I can ask Kandy if she knows

I was did not realize Kandy had was in contact with any of us other kids. My understanding from Kathy Jo was something completely different.I understood that she did not want anything to do with my mom and dads kids and did not want us bothering dads other kids or her her family. Honestly I am confused???
I have not spoken to Kandy since dads funeral, so I dont know what to believe.

Are you you the one that did all these Family Trees? If so I would like to compliment you on your awesome work!!!! Kathy Jo was doing work just like this. Did she learn this from you?
