Well so far the only Ryzio's I know of are my family. We are all polish but it is possible that my great great grandfather was ukrainian in any case one of my uncles tried to research the last name once but was unable to find anything. He was however told that the name could find its roots in the Mediterranean and possibly further east following the old trade routes and the amber trail through poland. Most of my family as well as myself were born in the South-eastern are of poland which is historically known as Galicia.
