HARDY Connections in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, England

Journal by Honeybun70

My HARDY ancestors were born in the Heanor, Shipley, Cotmanhay and Ilkeston areas of Derbyshire. They were mostly miners until the late 1800's and then some of the families moved to Nottinghamshire to Arnold and became framework knitters. One of the families moved to the States in the 1800's. Some other names connected to the HARDY lines in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire are TRUEMAN,WRIGHT,LEIVERS,TYLER,LEE,DAYKIN,THORPE,PADGETT,SPENCER,SHAW, GREAVES,KIRK & COLLYER. If you think you might be connected please contact me.
