I think the author has passed away and the publisher not longer around Tri County Publishers is Danville WV . However there are copies in 5 different libraries listed you can view:

If you find out where we can purchase a copy, let me know. I have the original wedding certificate of my grandparents Leander Dorn Wheatley and Georgia Ann Bias married in Boone County WV in 1906. He was the son of Beauregard Wheatley who was the son of William Wheatley who died in the Civil War when Beau was a baby.
