Adelaide Ward born 11 May 1899 in Yorkshire came to Australia from England - possibly Leeds - with her mother Anne Ward (nee Drury born 1874 in Yorkshire) in 1909. Adelaide Ward married Harold Ethelbert James Skinner (1897-1977 in Adelaide)
Anne's parents were Tom and Alma Drury. Anne Ward burnt to death in Adelaide Sth Australia about 1916.
Her husband George Ward (born 1868 at Kyme St York? but his birth was not registered until 30 Aug 1882)was deported from Australia soon after.
In the 1881 English cencus he was living at 7 Banks Yard. I think George's parents were John Ward and Elizabeth Hobman. John Ward's father was possibly Thomas Ward of Yorkshire.
