Alfredo C Pullicar was born 15 Sep 1928 in Fabrica, Phillipines.
He fought with the Phillipino Scouts. In 1947 he lived in New York City, N.Y. U.S.A He later fought in the Korean War and in Viet Nam. His final home was in the Sacramento, California area. He died in 1988. His grandson, Gabriel Pullicar, is now serving a mission in Bacoloc, Phillipines.
