I have three brothers, James (D), Robert (D), William Kelly III (Jacksonville), and one sister, Margaret Ellen (Jacksonville). Over my lifetime I have lived in Freeport, NY (1952 to 1955), Jacksonville, FL (1955 to 1969), Deland, FL (1969 to 1989), Tampa, FL (1989 to 2009), and Eureka, FL (2009 to present).
