I've been researching my family for 19 years. The Donnell's I'm looking for lived/live in Obion County,TN and the surrounding area. The earliest Donnell I've been able to find is James W. Donnell. He was born 3-29-1839 in TN. He married Mary Jane Easterwood on 3-3-1863 in Obion Co.,TN. Mary was born 3-30-1845 in Gibson Co.,TN. They had 8 kids:John W. born abt.Jan.1864 in TN,William Samuel born 6-12-1865 in TN,Susan Alice born abt.1870 in TN,Mary Elizabeth Jenettie "Nettie" born 3-30-1873 in TN,R.C (male) born 6-8-1877 in Obion Co.,TN,Lilla "Lilly" born 9-5-1880 in TN, and Frances (male) born abt.Oct.1882 in TN.James W. died on Nov.11,1920 in Obion Co.,TN.
