Hi
Thanks for the update
The Andrew who married Nora Crean was Andrew's Son
His full name was Andrew John and he lived most of his life in Christchurch
What I am trying to confirm is the children that Andrew senior had
I know some were William, Hugh, Bridget, Annie (died aged 19)and Andrew John. I think he had nine children but can't get enough detail to verify.
Would like to know your interest in this family (my mother was a descendant of Andrew).
Kind regards

Dear Tony, 'ngairedith' is a super New Zealand researcher who provides a wealth of information to people here.

I have MCMENAMINs in my family tree, settled New South Wales, Australia. With the uniqueness of the surname I am sure that the ones in New Zealand are linked to the Aussies. Haven't found the connection yet but we are both working on it.
