The Michael Patrick you have listed as dieing on the 12 June 1924 - was not the son of John and Julia Sullivan. Their son's name was Michael Joseph - he married an Brigid Curren in 1916 and had 5 children between the years 1916 and 1929.
The Michael Patrick in the Timaru was the son of Patrick Angland and Sarah Ahern. Patrick Angland was a half-brother of John Angland... and a full brother to Daniel Angland who married Ellen Cahill. He did not emigrate to NZ however... instead he made a somewhat shorter journey to England and settled in Essex. His son (the nephew of Daniel and John) emigrated to New Zealand some years later and married a Mary Jane Harris in 1912 in Wellington. I guess he settled in Timaru as he had Uncles living in the vicinity.
He died on the 10 June 1924 and was buried on the 12th. the cause of his death was strychnine poisoning.
Roland Henry is Michael Patrick's son.
