My grandmother's maiden name was Christina Adeline Luders and she came from Midhurst.
From what I can remember Annie Christina had 3 sisters and two brothers. The sisters were called Lucy who married Joe Ruguski(not sure of spelling},they lived on the Great South Rd in New Plymouth.Mary who married a Haslett and lived in Rotorua ad Edie which might have been a shortened name. I was very lucky and had the opportunity to meet my great Aunts. The brothers I think were called Christopher and Andrew. There is a photo of one of the brothers in his Boer War uniform.I think that was with Irene Luders.Just wonder how Christina Adeline fits into the picture.
