Looking for descendants of David LAWSON (1773-1847) who married Sarah COMRIE (1798-1837)on 30 Jul 1820 in Blackford PER SCT. David was a blacksmith as were his sons John (1797-1832), David (?-after 1847) and Peter (1802-1880). Peter and his son David (1828-1893) went on to become toolmakers, being involved in the firm of DRON and LAWSON, Engineers & Toolmakers in Glasgow, which at the time of the 1881 census employed 48 men and 4 boys.
