Looking for connection to Daniel Boone thru White family

The family rumor is that Margaret Louise or Maggie White (1847-1928) was a descendant of Daniel Boone. Her father was John White (1814-1886) and her mother was Elsie Ann Fleming (1817-1903. The families were from Venango County, Pennsylvania. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
