Searching for any ancestors for my pat. grandmother, Julia Milcoff, born 9-6-1925, married Elmer Fritsch 1942, and later Glenn Jacobsen. She lived in Dubuque Iowa, and St. Joseph Co, IN where she died in 1980

I believe that she is my grandfathers younger sister. His name is George Joseph Milcoff the oldest of 14 where they lived on a farm in Dubuque, Iowa. My mom has been doing research on our family tree for years.
