I know he was in the 1880 census and married to Mary with a mother named Matilda in the home. This was Harlem, Georgia. I cannot find any other info. He is my great grandfather. My grandfather is William Franklin Newsome from Macon, Ga. I believe they were in the Augusta area. I would be grateful for any help.
