my journal starts with me kristin mcneal born december 31 1949, and my parents were don mcneal jr born 30 april 1919 in san antonio texas and he lived in columbus ohio when he was a boy and young man, and when he was 30 yrs old he married my mother arlene lois williams age 25, in september 26 1948, and then they had us kids, my mother lost the first one at 3mos (miscarriage), then me dec 31, 1949, then 2 1/2 yrs later my brother douglas scott mcneal was born on feb 20 1952, then my sister Jeff Ann Mcneal was born 9 june 1953 and she died in aug 1999.

My grandfather was Harold Hudson Williams who was born aug 29 1897, and was born in san diego california and he married my grandmother Bessie Fern Edwards who was born 29 june 1900 and had 2 children,my mother and my uncle Lawrence who was born May 29 1929 in kansas.

My grandfather's mother was Pearl Ray who was born 24 feb 1881 in riley, vigo, indiana and she married Charles Lincoln Williams on Aug 11 1895 when she was 14 yrs old ,he was her teacher at the time. She died july 20 1901 from typhoid fever at the same time my grandfather got it ,but he recovered ..

Pearl Ray's Father was Edward Freeman Ray who was born in 1859 in riley, vigo, indiana and he married Hattie Florence Hathorn who was born in 1860. Edward died in 1883, Hattie remarried to another man name Newton Nathaniel Farlow and they had 2 children together.

I have no other information on Hattie Florence Hathorn as her father is John Hathorn that is all i have on this .
