Looking for information on Thompson Boyle (1819-1901) who married Catherine "Katie" Beck around 1845. They had seven children: Elizabeth Ann Jane "Lizzie" (married John Reed; Mary (married William Rupp); Barbara (married Clement Bowser); Catherine (married Thomas Bowser--my line); William George (never married); John Saxman/Soxman(married Christine "Tinsey" Dellette); and Adam (died before the age of seven).

Quite certain I have now traced him at least as far as his siblings and father. The family was from Blair County. The siblings: George (b. about 1822), Mary (b. about 1825, married John Miller), Joseph William (1827-1906), Robert (1829-1917), and another sister (married ? Brenneman/Brenaman sp?). Thompson's parents were William (about 1794-1880) and Catherine Weaver (about 1798-before 1860) Boyle, both born in Pennsylvania. Father William appears with the Miller family in the 1860 census in Blair County. Only Robert and Thompson settled in Armstrong County. Robert Boyle married Susannah Beck (1831-1860) and they had a son Peter (1853-1914).
