Looking for info about Patrick Kiely & Mary Moon.
Patrick was born in 1886(?) Limerick Ireland. Married to Mary Moon on 18 Jan 1928 at Concord/Burwood NSW Australia. He died at Greystanes NSW Australia in 1973. Mary was born at Cheltenham Victoria Australia 1896(?).
Their daughter was Mary Margaret Kiely who married my uncle Wallace Henry (Mick) Keegan at Merrylands NSW Australia in 1955. Please contact Patrice. Email: keeganfamilytree@live.com

HJP on 2012-12-08 07:35:57My great-great-grandfather was also Patrick Kiely, born 1832 in Limerick.
He married Margaret Griffin and they had 5 children : Johanna, Edmund, Ellen, John Patrick ( my great grandfather ) & Margaret Mary.
My great-grandfather, John ( know as Jack) emigrated to South Africa approx 1889, and married Alicia Emily Holmes in 1893.
after WW1, he returned to London for surgery, but died shortly thereafter.
With such similar names, we may find there is a connection. I would love to share any other info we find. Heather powerhome@telkomsa.net
