ALEXANDER REDPATH ,RIDPATH,
Hi does anyone have any connection to the Berwickshire Militia, I would love to find out more about what they did, as my x4 times G.G. Grandfather belonged to this Militia so I am curious to know more about it and what wars they fought in.
regards
Frau

I do not have information regarding the militia, however, I am trying to track down more of my family history and have two Alexander Redpaths so far. The younger was born October 4, 1837(or 1839) and died in 1922. He was married to Jessie Taylor November 2, 1868. This Alexander's grandfather was also named Alexander Redpath. He was born in 1787 and was married to Catherine Adamson. His parents were Robert Redpath and Janet Redpath (Mason). Please let me know if these names fit in on your family tree and I can provide other names that I have.

Hello Dennis, do you have any Redpaths in New Zealand??.
I'm chasing what appears to be a father John Alexander REDPATH, and a son John Alexander (junior; or "the younger").
Please contact me for further details.
Hi Frau, I too am now 'back home' in Australia (Coffs Harbour NSW).
Likewise, please contact me for further details. I am after information re the above two & families (in NZ).
I have some information I believe may be useful for you both, and hope together we can find links etc.
