I don't think it is the same ones you are looking for since you are looking in NY around 1810-1880, but you never know, they could be linked! I am looking for the ancestors of my great grandmother Julia C Rhodes who married Joseph Henry Lamb Roe. Her father as Aaron S. Rhodes born 21 Jul 1818 in Gouverneur St Lawrence Co. NY Or so some Mormon researcher says. The 1880 census says both his parents were born in Mass. Aaron's wife was Huldah Warren. His parents as I now have them are William W Rhodes born 21 Jul 1775 Pawtucket, Rhode Island and Nancy Shearman born 14 Sep 1780.

Any Comments, corrections or suggestions are welcome. This has been a brick wall for years.
