looking for any information regarding Descendants of William Worthley
Hello , I am currently doing our family tree and looking for any info about the Worthley,Badman,Dix and Videon Families
All families, I believe, have UK roots coming from the county of Somerset and surrounds
Worthley family ,I can go back to William Worthley born 1791 in Tamerton Foliott Devon
Badman Family Back to John Badman born 1640 Buckland Monachorum Somerset
Dix Family Back to Elizabeth Dix born 1834 England ????
Videon Family Back to John Videon born 1822-1825 England ?????
If any one has any info reference to any of the above Families , no matter how big or small all will be most gladly received and very much appreciated. Also if any Info I may have and you need I will share same
Thanks a million guys

Dear Beefy45,
My family goes back to the worthley's some who married into the viseon family in adelaide south australia the worthleys came from newcastle upon time to adelaide however before that robert died and his wife elizabeth collins lived in morachorum, buckland, devonshire. Most of the family moved to adelaide, however one daughter and her family remained in england.
if you would like to contact me i would be very interested in your research.

Hi guys, I know I'm late to the party but I'm a descendant of the Worthley, Crawford, Videon and Dix families, ancestors of my Grandfather. According to my records, John Videon (b. 1822) came to Australia in 1849 on board the Trafalgar; Elizabeth Dix (b. 1835) came in 1846; Elizabeth Worthley (b. 1827) and her children came in 1877 on board the Robert Lees; William Worthley (b. 1823) and his wife Margaret (b. 1825) came over together but I don't have a year. Hope that's of interest. Let me know if I can help further. Cheers, Peter.
Sorry, that should have been William Crawford, not William Worthley. :)
