Ask your mother, surely she knows your father's family. If not
look at his death certificate to find out who his parents were! and then, look at their death certificates - ad infinitum. Eventually you will find out.
You have neglected to give us any dates at all and there are many families with the name LYONS, so, it would be impossible for us to answer such a question.
I don't see the relevance in posting the two photographs, please enlighten us.
