I've been searching (LITERALLY) all over for ANY *GOOD* information on him, yet all I seem to find are "WALLS" preventing further information! UGH!

b. "approximately" 1897 (?) in Arkansas
d. ? April 1969

I DO NOT know where in Arkansas he was born
I DO NOT know where he passed away (info given to me by Social Security Admin representative).
