Will Will Rook Pioneer Cemetery Campbellfield Victoria Australia

Article by Bezza

Looking for old photographs of this cemetery, or more information of people who are buried there, prior to 1859 when recording commenced. This is one of the oldest cemeteries in Victoria, and will be 160 years old this year. Friends of Will Will Rook are looking to place a plaque or print a booklet on the early pioneer families that are buried in this site. Unfortunately many of the headstones are non existent, being ravaged by time and vandals, and families moving on and not looking after them.
Any help greatly appreciated
