CHester was born in 1913 and died in 1989. He was born in Alberta Canada to Raymond Skinkle and Margaret Skinkle nee Power. He joined the Canadian Forces married in England and had two children. He divorced in 1947 and remarried the same year. His grandparents names were Ellery Skinkle and Aletha Gassett and John J Power and Martha Reynolds. Chester's parents both had siblings.
