I am looking for Biological Lockhart Family members. Father Rodger Nelson Mead was born Rodger Nelson Lockhart in Ohio 1941. I was never told my father was adopted (by his Step-Father Jerald Mead) until he was in his early 60's. His biological Father's name was Robert Lockhart. His birth Mother's first name was Rosemary. It is my understanding that my father searched for Robert for many years with dead-in leads that would leave him disappointed.
