Looking for Phillips & Giles of Newton Abbott, Devon

I am looking for further information regarding the marriage of Beatrice Giles and Joseph John Phillips circa 1899 (i believe in Q1 of 1899).
Joseph is my Great Grandfather, the only other info I have is that his father is Joseph Phillips and he married Mary Jane Chapman.
