looking for any information on the Mother and Father of Albert M Figg. David is supposedly the father and Jospehine " Josie" the mother.

sstoker on 2013-01-22 09:29:54Albert was born in 1889 and died 18 Feb 1965. I know he married twice, first to Louise Reihnart and then to Goldie Carlton. I have a marriage certificate, death info, and a 1910 census.
I really need to find info on his mother. I am beginning to suspect he was born out of wedlock. The marriage certificate for Albert says his father is an adopted father named Ferdinand Nieman, but I have nothing to confirm that. Another document, I can remember, has his father listed as David.
I know Josephine "Josie" is correct from information from my father. However I cannot confirm her maiden name.
