he was born in WV but we have no info on parents, only that he had a brother(Robert or Albert). Stated that his dad worked or owned a mill. Had dark hair and very blue eyes.

Do you have the dates for Cleveland's Marriage and death and the places?
Did he have a middle name?
Did he live all his life in West Virginia?

His middle name could have been John. He lived in (believe Roane) WV until he was kidnapped while out with his brother, Cleve was around 12 at the time. Ended up in Bulloch, GA with a store keeper, Mr Williams. Married Effie Miller on November 5, 1905 in Bulloch, GA. Died there April 10, 1932. WWI register (Jenkins, GA)states Sept 11, 1884 is his birthday but really not sure. Any help would be deeply appreciated.
