Trying to find information about Sir Thomas Wayte, b. 1412, Isle of Wight.
My line descends from Elizabeth (Wayte) Lucy, b. about 1437, daughter of Sir Thomas Wayte. Elizabeth was the concubine of Edward IV.

Hi Nann, Lady Elizabeth Woodville (Wydeville), Consort to the Queen & Lady of the Garter was born 3 Feb. 1437 in Tichfield, Hampshire & died 8 June, 1492 in St. Saviours abbey, Bermondsey, London. She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Wayte & Lady Jane Greene. She was married to John Ferrers Gray (1432-1460's) They were married in 1454. Her second marriage was to William Lucy (1441-?)in 1480. As of yet, I have found no record of children although there must have been some. I will keep you posted. I am related to the Wayte/Waites on the male side of the family.
I hope this information is of some help to you.
